 Inspired by my teachers, environment and my travels I aim to bring a unique sense of empowerment to each of my classes. I am a certified Hatha Yoga Teacher 200HR, a certified Iyengar Yoga instructor and a Vipassana meditation practitioner.

My intensive yoga practice started on 2010. I was practicing for four years next to Yogi Anil Sethi, based on Kundalini and Hatha Yoga systems. The mind and the breath play the most important role in that form of yoga practice. My classes combine those two old traditional yoga techniques but also inspired by other forms of yoga as Asthanga Vinyasa and Yin Yoga.

The classes are always inspiring and challenging, include demonstration and verbal analysis of each pose in detail, combining static poses and a flow of movement. Focusing on the awareness of the breathing throughout every class. Breathing exercises or Pranayama are also part of each class. Short meditation group sittings practice in the beginning or in the end of each class, depending on the daytime of practicing.

Introducing myself as a dedicated yoga practitioner, aiming to share my current knowledge and expand it. I am determined to live a yogic lifestyle, connecting with the inner self, enjoying life with pure awareness and bringing happiness and unconditional love out of the heart, with compassion and humility.  I aim to lead my classes in a way that reflects that choice. We practice Yoga for happiness.

Beginners level classes of all ages. A special group of 60+ age practicing therapeutic yoga, an easy and restorative yoga based on Hatha and Iyengar techniques. Focusing on strengthening the core, the spine and lower back.

2016 Summer & Autumn season, Suyia and Chania, Crete, Greece

Daily lessons of mixed group levels. Dynamic yoga lessons, focusing on bringing peace of mind using Kundalini methods, combining with meditation and deep relaxation, including spiritual Indian music.

2016 Spring season, Amsterdam, the Netherlands

Small group of therapeutic yoga classes specialized for athletes with sport injuries. Focusing on rehabilitation of shoulder and knee injuries.

2015 -2016 Winter Season, Rafina, Greece  

Private lessons and small groups classes for beginners. Therapeutic yoga for injuries in the back, hip and knee joint. Focusing on the breathing techniques and relaxation to remove stress and to bring peace of mind.

2015 Summer season, Lentas, Crete, Greece

Groups of all levels. Small classes of a max of 8 people. Always combined with pranayama and short meditation in the beginning or in the end of each class.


The classes are mostly in English language.
